Re-death item
Re-death is an unlockable active item in Benighted Soul, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Rerolls empty pedestals into one of the pickups below:
• Chests
• Grab Bags
• Cards / Pills
• Trinkets
• Collectibles
The rerolled pickup is surrounded by spikes and will disappear in 20 seconds.
How to unlock?
Defeat Mom's Heart on Hard Mode as 
Benighted Cain and Abel.
