Super B item
Super B is an unlockable passive item in Benighted Soul, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
200 damage charges all active items, including the extra charge bar.
When hurt by non-self damage, keeps costing charges.
If costs charges sufficiently, makes an explosion, or stops costing charges.
How to unlock?
Defeat The Beast on Hard Mode as 
Benighted Cain and Abel.
