Ira item
Ira is a passive item in Beyond, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
+2 Black Hearts.
Deals 10 damage to all enemies in the room upon being hit. This damage ramps up by 4 (up to 100) every time Isaac is hit on the same floor.
