Lil Encyclopedia is a passive item in Beyond, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Grants the following stats boosts based on the amount of owned books. The left values are the base values, and the right values are additional bonuses per held book item.
• +0.1/0.05 speed.
• +0.1/0.1 fire rate (caps at 5).
• +0.5/0.25 flat damage.
• +0.5/0.5 range.
• +0.1/0.05 shot speed.
• +0.5/0.25 luck.
