Upon revival, fully heals and grants +1 Soul Heart.

As Lazarus: Also grants +1 full Red Heart container.

As Lazarus II: Also grants x1.1 damage multiplier.

As Tainted Lazarus: Also has an 8% chance to spawn an item pedestal from the current room's item pool.

As Tainted Lazarus II: Also grants +5¢, +2 keys and +2 bombs.
