Azazel's cake trinket
Azazel's cake is a trinket in Birthcake, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Only available when playing as 
Azazel.
Holding a fire button while the Brimstone attack is fully charged allows Azazel to shoot regular tears.
Azazel's tears only deal 50% damage but have twice the range.
