Lazarus's cake trinket
Lazarus's cake is a trinket in Birthcake, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Only available when playing as Lazarus or Lazarus II.
Upon revival, deals 40 damage to all enemies in the room.
When Lazarus Risen reverts back to Lazarus, he also gets back his lost heart containers.
