Tainted Cain's cake is a trinket in Birthcake, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Only available when playing as Tainted Cain.
Double pickups spawn as two individual pickups instead.
Putting a pickup in the Bag of Crafting has a 5% chance of adding it to Tainted Cain's inventory.
