Magdalene's cake is a trinket in Birthcake, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Only available when playing as 
Magdalene.
Grants a 50% chance for 
Hearts to be replaced by 
Double Hearts.
Yum Heart refills a 
Half Soul Heart upon use.
