Tainted Isaac's cake trinket
Tainted Isaac's cake is a trinket in Birthcake, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Only available when playing as Tainted Isaac.
Getting hit while having no empty item slot has a 25% chance to permanently exclude a random item from occupying an inventory slot.
The trinket has a 50% chance to disappear when this occurs.
