???'s Cake is a trinket in Birthcake: Rebaked, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Only available when playing as ???.
The Poop spawns two additional poops on use, their orientation based on ???'s head direction.
Other active items shoot out Roundup(ActiveItemCharges / 2) poop projectiles upon use that turn into their displayed poop upon landing.
Each poop has a luck-based chance of being replaced by a Golden Poop, starting at 1% and capping at 25% at 7 luck.
