Tainted Lilith's Cake trinket
Tainted Lilith's Cake is a trinket in Birthcake: Rebaked, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Only available when playing as 
Tainted Lilith.
When firing Gello, there is a 25% chance to spawn an additional "runt" Gello. This Gello deals 50% of Tainted Lilith's damage and does not get whipped out like the regular Gello. They are recalled into Tainted Lilith when the firing keys are released.
