The Lost's Cake trinket
The Lost's Cake is a trinket in Birthcake: Rebaked, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Only available when playing as The Lost.
When The Lost loses their Holy Mantle shield, an Astral Projection-like effect triggers. It slows all enemies in the room and increases The Lost's fire rate and speed for a short duration.
