Mutagen item
Mutagen is a passive item in Brown Shapiro's Addons, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
On pickupDrops a Health Up pill (adding it to the pill pool if it does not already exist in the run).
Grants 2 random items for characters that cannot have red hearts.
While heldUpon gaining heart containers, rerolls all held items and adds a copy of Mutagen to the inventory; effectively adding a random free item.
