Paper Penny trinket
Paper Penny is a trinket in Brown Shapiro's Addons, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Picking up pennies will activate Isaac's held card without consuming it.
The chance depends on how much charge they mimic via Blank Card, using the formula: ActivationChance = TrinketMult ÷ BlankCardMimicCharge.
