Worm Egg trinket
Worm Egg is a trinket in Brown Shapiro's Addons, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Turns into a random worm trinket or drop itself as Infestation or The Parasite when brought to the next floor.
Has a 75% chance to produce another Worm Egg.
If swallowed, it directly gives the item/trinket to Isaac's inventory, and always produces another Worm Egg.
