Pica item
Pica is a passive item in Brown Shapiro's Addons, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
On pickup Spawns a trinket.
While heldAutomatically consumes trinkets 3 seconds after picking them up, having a 50/50 chance of either granting its effect or granting a small random stat up instead, from one of the following:
• +0.06 speed.
• +0.15 fire rate.
• +0.3 damage.
• +0.06 shot speed.
• +0.3 luck.
