Cousin Cletus is a familiar in Community Remix, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac and shoots Number One tears that deal 1.75 damage per tear.
The familiar shoots 2.73 times per second.
Transformations
Conjoined transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac shoot in 3 directions at the cost of -0.3 damage and -0.3 tears.
