Restock Machine (Blood) is a machine in Community Remix, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

For a cost of half a heart. has a chance to reroll all item pedestals in the room. Prioritizes red hearts first.

Starting from Chapter 4, costs a full heart.

Not having enough HP to use can kill Isaac.

If used inside a shop, it won't reroll items that are not part of the shop (spawned via another mechanic). It will also reroll the pickups inside it, and empty shop slots will be refilled.

After the 4th reroll, the machine has a chance to break with every half a heart paid, and a 50% chance to every subsequent reroll.

Can be used to restock the shop in the Mirrored World via extra characters such as Strawman, Soul of the Forgotten or Soul of Jacob and Esau.

When destroyed
• Spawns 1-4 coins.
• Rerolls all item pedestals.
