The Rot item
The Rot is an unlockable passive item in Community Remix, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
On pickup Grants Isaac 
Rotten Heart and spawn 4 Blue Flies.
While held Causes Isaac to respawn Blue Flies after they died.
The number of respawned flies depends on how many Rotten Hearts Isaac has.
