Yuck Heart (tweaked) is a passive item in Community Remix, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description

Rotten Heart.
Has a 1% chance of being dropped upon defeating Rotgut.
If Yum/Yuck Heart buff is enabled in mod options, then using item while having full health allows Isaac to parry incoming damage.
