Cult Leader is a machine in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Appears in Cult Ritual only. Can only be interacted with at least 1 Cult Candle being lit up.

After interacted, the Cult Leader will open HIS eye, turn each lit candle into a random item from Cult Ritual Reward Item Groups, then he will disappear, leaving a portal that sends Isaac back to a random room.
He will gives Isaac HIS Member if he did not has it.

Trying to reroll items in Cult Ritual room or reroll the offered items only returns HIS Member.

Exploding Cult Leader will start a battle with

In the original plan, the Cult Ritual Entrance is unlockable, and can appear if Devil / Angel room did not appears after clearing a boss room, and Isaac has no more than 3 hearts.

The character for unlocking this was not available, so for now the only method to enters Cult Ritual is to obtain HIS Member from Death Certificate.

That character is planned to reference Tetsuya Yamagami.
