Can be obtained by using Unused Draft Paper on Greed Shop itempool's items.

On use Spawns 1 random item from the base game (ignore weight).

15% chance to additionally spawn Mystery Gift.

Every use will increase the value in green by 1 for the entire run.

Defeat Ultra Greedier as Tainted Garlin.
