Green Foods trinket
Green Foods is a trinket in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
All food item pedestrals will become flies and chase Isaac.
Upon defeated, these flies will spawn 3 random hearts or a random item from current room's itempool.
Special synergies
The following special synergies and interactions for Green Foods have been documented.

| --- | Binge Eater | Binge Eater item pedestral will become a stronger fly, with more HP and will periodically spawn Brimstone swirl. If having Binge Eater, all item pedestrals may become flies due to Binge Eater's ability. |
