Perfect Script is an unlockable active item in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

If the writing genre and topic haven't chosen, Isaac will need to choose a genre and topic for the script. This do not consume the item.

While held If the writing genre and topic are confirmed, Isaac grants "score" upon clearing a room.

On use Grants permanent effect based on the chosen topic and the "score" Isaac has.

Genre

• Comedy: Upon clearing a room, Isaac grants higher score if he takes few damage. On use, Isaac grants +0.1 luck per score he has.
• Tragedy: Upon clearing a room, Isaac grants higher score if he takes much damage. On use, Isaac grants +1% tears multiplier per score he has.

Topic

• I can feel the smell of Mom!: Upon entering a room, items in the room has a chance to cycle between the original one and one mom item. Spawns Mom's Lock if Isaac has 65+ score.
• The Mom's boy deserves a death!: Upon entering a room, items in the room has a chance to cycle between the original one and one childish item. Enemy has a chance to spawn random pickups on death.
• Who's the final backstage!: Upon taking damage, Isaac additionally takes multiple fake damages.
• Social Upheaval Requiem!: Upon entering a room, items in the room has a chance to cycle between the original one and one Quality 4 item. The chance can be affected by the average quality of all Isaac's items.
• My great harem in the other world!: Upon entering a room, items in the room has a chance to cycle between the original one and one random mod item. (This may cause some hidden mod items to appear abnormally.) Spawns Mystery Gift if Isaac has 80+ score.

Defeat The Beast as Tainted Garlin.

This item contributes towards the Bookworm transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac fire an extra tear 25% of the time.
