The Omelette is an active item in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

On pickup Spawn a Boiled Egg. While held Remove all coin pickups. 10% chance to turn them into Boiled Egg On use Consume a Boiled Egg and 1 heart container (if Isaac has more than 1) to make an omelette (starting with 1 value).

If Isaac has no Boiled Egg, then consume 2 cent to make an omelette (starting with 0 value).

The omelette grants +1 value upon clearing a room. If used again, consume all value:
• If used in a special room, for every 10 value, spawn an item from current room's pool. If there's extra value, Isaac has a value-based chance to spawn one more item.
• If used in a shop (or in an angel room with The Stairway), grants 3 cent for each value.
• If used in a devil room with Judas' Birthright, grants 1 black heart for each value.
• Else, heals 1 heart container for each value, or 1 half soul heart if Isaac has no empty heart containers.
