XII - Sacrificial is an unlockable consumable in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Remove 2 random items Isaac has, and respawn them.
No effect if Isaac has no more than 2 items.

Only one of them can be taken back.

The unchosen item will try to replace 4 future items.

The replaced items has a 1/3 chance to become fake item -- It will show the graphic of that unchosen item, but Isaac will gain another random item with reversed quality.

Defeat Hush as Oucal Garlin.
