Rune Certificate is an active item in David Pack, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Teleports Isaac to a room with every rune and soul stone in the vanilla game.
If a rune or soul stone is not unlocked it will be replaced by a card, rune or soul stone that is already unlocked.
