The Overcharged Battery item
The Overcharged Battery is a passive item in David Pack, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Charging an active item by clearing rooms can overcharge Isaac's active item up to 4 times.
A small number appears near the active item indicating how many overcharges it currently has.
