Blue Torso Plug is a pickup in Daydream all Day, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description

Main Effect
Upon taking damage, if Isaac has no more than 2 red hearts then instant kill and freeze non-boss enemies nearby.
Negative Effect
Grants -80% speed for 5 seconds upon taking non-self damage!
Tags
• Cooling: Increase the cooldown rate of the overheat level.
Heat Gain: 250 per trigger.
Upgrade Effect: Effect can be triggered if Isaac has no more than 4 red hearts.
