While held Grants Isaac flight.

On use Fires a homing rocket in Isaac's shooting direction, or a random direction if Isaac is not pressing any fire key.

The rocket deals 50 + DamageStat × 5 damage.

Note Fires an additional rocket for every item from the Bomb Bum item pool Isaac has. At most 10 additional rockets can be fired.
