On use
Triggers a different Magic Spell based on the number of charges consumed:
Handsome Powerful Fire Elements Please Come to Me and Become a Dragon
Requires 6 charges.
Releases tons of fires in a wave-like pattern that lasts 15 seconds.
The fire deals 15 damage, and will split on Spell end.
Fire Elements Please Come To Me
Requires 4 charges.
Spawns 16 fire orbitals that last 30 seconds.
The fire deals 20 damage and will disappear when the Spell ends.
Fire Element Came to My Hand
Requires 2 charges.
Releases several bunches of fire towards random enemies. This can trigger 6 times.
Every bunch of fire is composed of 6 fires that deal 10 damage each.
Fire Come
Requires 1 charge.
Releases 30 orbiting fires that deal 10 damage.

Requires 0 charges.
Warning Removes this item on use, and continuously explodes on Isaac's place for 15 seconds!
