Stevil is a passive item in Dumpster Finds, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants a luck-based chance to fire acid glue tears. Acid glue tears break obstacles on impact and stick to enemies for 10 seconds, slowing them down and dealing Isaac's damage once per second.

The chance of firing the special tear starts at 10% with 0 luck, going up to 100% at 18 luck.

50% chance for glue acid tears to be homing.
