Comm4nd4 is an active item in Eclipsed, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Isaac holds the item above his head and shoots 4 homing rockets in the shooting direction.
It won't discharge until Isaac shoots. Reusing it while holding the item hides it, keeping the active item charged.
The rockets' explosions deal 25% of Isaac's bomb damage.
