Lutos is a passive item in Eclipsed, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

+1 Black Heart.

Grants flight.

Creates a pitfall under Isaac that follows him and destroys obstacles.

If an enemy comes close to Isaac, a tentacle appears from the pitfall and attacks the enemy.

The tentacle kills non-boss enemies and attacks bosses 3 times, dealing 12 damage per hit.

The pitfall reappears after 10 seconds or upon entering a new room.
