Delirious Heart consumable
Delirious Heart is an unlockable consumable in Eclipsed, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Adds a random heart:
heals 1 Red Heart.
+1 Soul Heart.
+1 Black Heart.
+1 Bone Heart.
+1 Empty Heart container.
+1 Rotten Heart.
+1 Broken Heart.
+1 Eternal Heart.
+1 Gold Heart.
While on the ground, randomly switch between other Delirious pickups every 5~10 seconds.
On use, there is a 33% chance to not be consumed and switch to another Delirious pickup.
Isaac can only hold one delirious pickup at a time.
How to unlock?
Complete the Lobotomy challenge.
