Delirious Key is an unlockable consumable in Eclipsed, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Unlocks all locked doors, opens all chests and, if possible, opens a Red Room.

While on the ground, randomly switch between other Delirious pickups every 5~10 seconds.

On use, there is a 33% chance to not be consumed and switch to another Delirious pickup.

Isaac can only hold one delirious pickup at a time.

Complete the [Eclipsed] Lobotomy challenge.
