Mew-Gen is an unlockable passive item in Eclipsed, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants flight.

If Isaac doesn't shoot for more than 5 seconds, activates the Telekinesis effect for the next 5 seconds.

It pushes away enemies in close range.

All enemy shots that come near Isaac are held in place. Every 3 seconds all shots are fired back, dealing 3.5 damage to enemies on hit.

The Telekinesis effect does not wear off when moving between rooms.
