Death's Sickle is a passive item in Eclipsed, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants a 25% chance that enemies will spawn a Purgatory ghost upon death, that targets the nearest enemy and explodes.

The ghost explosion deals 2x Isaac's damage to nearby enemies up to 3-4 times and destroys enemy projectiles. Isaac and the environment are immune to the explosion.

The ghosts' spawn chance is not affected by luck.

Each copy of the item increases ghosts' spawn chance by 25%.
