Penance trinket
Penance is a trinket in Eclipsed, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Grants a 16% chance to mark an enemy with a red cross when Isaac enters a new room.
When marked enemies die, they shoot beams of light in 4 directions, dealing Isaac's damage per tick up to 15 times.
