Cartridge? trinket
Cartridge? is a trinket in Eclipsed, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Allows specific familiars to be used as an extra life upon death. When this happens, both the trinket and the familiar are removed from Isaac's inventory.
The familiar to be sacrificed is the first one that was obtained and it will blink periodically if Isaac is left with one heart or less.
The trinket is destroyed once triggered and leaves behind an 
Eternal Heart.
