Dry Baby item
Dry Baby is a familiar in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac and blocks enemy projectiles. Upon blocking a shot, it has a 10% chance of triggering the The Necronomicon effect.
Can rarely drop from destroying skulls.
