Smart Fly is a familiar in The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a fly familiar that orbits Isaac, blocks projectiles and deals 1.5 damage per tick (6.43 per second).

Upon taking damage in the room, the fly will seek out nearby enemies and attack them, losing the ability to block projectiles.

Has a 1% chance of being dropped upon defeating Min-Min.

This item contributes towards the Beelzebub transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight, converts small enemy flies into Blue Flies, and permanently charms larger enemy flies.
