Clear Rune item
Clear Rune is an unlockable active item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.
Description
On pickupDrops a random rune.
On useCopies the effect of Isaac's currently held rune or soul stone.
The recharge time depends on the last copied rune or soul stone. Check the page of each rune or soul stone for more details.
