Lil Abaddon item
Lil Abaddon is an unlockable familiar in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.
Description
Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac and creates a black ring after charging for 1 second.
The ring deals 3.5 damage per tick (52.5 per second), and lasts for 1 second.

Defeat The Beast as 
Azazel.
Transformations
Conjoined transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac shoot in 3 directions at the cost of -0.3 damage and -0.3 tears.
