Worm Friend - The Binding of Isaac

Worm Friend is an unlockable familiar in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.

Spawns a familiar that burrows out of the ground and grabs enemies every 5 seconds, holding them in place for 5 seconds.

Grabbed enemies take 4 damage per tick (8 per second).

Also applies slowness on grabbed enemies, which affects their shots as well.

Has a 1% chance of being dropped upon defeating The Stain.

Worm Friend

• Familiar that periodically emerges from the floor and grabs enemies, damaging them and holding them in place
• Abyss: x1 locust 1.5x Isaac's damage
