Empty Heart item
Empty Heart is an unlockable passive item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.
Description
Adds an empty heart container at the beginning of each floor if Isaac has one red heart or less.
Does nothing with characters that cannot have red hearts.
Has a 1% chance of being dropped upon defeating The Visage.
Note
