Headless Baby item
Headless Baby is a familiar in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac and leaves a trail of damaging red creep on the ground.
The creep deals 2 damage per tick (20 per second).

Transformations
Conjoined transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac shoot in 3 directions at the cost of -0.3 damage and -0.3 tears.
