Freezer Baby item
Freezer Baby is a familiar in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.
Description
Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac and shoots icicles which have a chance to petrify enemies and freeze them on kill.
Icicles deal 3.5 damage and are fired 1.36 times per second.
Frozen enemies obey the same rules as ice statues created by Uranus.

Transformations
Conjoined transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac shoot in 3 directions at the cost of -0.3 damage and -0.3 tears.
