Eternal D6 is an unlockable active item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.

Rerolls every item pedestal in the current room into another item from the current room's item pool, but has a 25% chance to delete the pedestal instead.

Once unlocked, the item can be acquired by killing Florian last when fighting Ultra Pride.

The chance to reroll items is not affected by luck.

Eternal D6

• Rerolls all pedestal items in the room with a different item from the room's item pool
• 25% chance for the effect to fail and instead cause any pedestal items in the room to disappear
• Abyss: x1 glitched locust 1.5x Isaac's damage
• Book of Virtues: x1 middle wisp - 2 hp - 3 damage
• Book of Virtues: 50% chance to spawn an Eternal wisp
• Book of Virtues: 50% chance to destroy all Eternal wisps
